UpWind::NMEA is an OpenSource Project created by the students of University of Oulu in Sep-Dec 2010.

The goal of the project was to create a simulation application that generates NMEA 0183-compliant data like various sailing instruments do. The instruments are usable in real time and they are able to produce valid data that can be used by other applications.
