i³ Capability Model (i³ CM)

i³ Capability Model (i³ CM) is a framework for capturing the current status of inspection process in an organization. The i³ CM is based on the Bootstrap model, and it includes an evaluation tool for assesing the maturity and efficiency of the process, as well as devices for specifying actions for improving the process.
